I decided to astrally prohect to where Leadbeater is, but when I got
there it was so damned hot I had to leave and get some fresh air.

You think Arizona is hot. I have been fannins myself ever since.
Whew!

Seriously, there is evidence that Judge was for real. Leadbeater was
a crank but anyone who knows anything about yoga will recognize some
of the things said by and about Judge as badges of authenticity.
That is not to say that he was right about everything (and
his "mahatma letters" channeled through two spiritualists and written
on Chinese paper used by HPB for mahatma letters and ripped off from
Blavatsky's desk after her death represent a serious lapse of
judgement.) But he could not have written about some of the things
he wrote about without either being a yogi himself or being
intimately familiar with someone who was. So he may have been flawed
but he was probably on a level with anyone else of his ilk and far
above Leadbeater.
