Fuller Krishnamurti book not listed on Amazon, TPH, or BN

Hey,

Since Katinka mentioned this new book that I'd missed, I've been
trying to locate it online, but cannot find it on amazon.com (where
other TPH titles are also missing including the new HPB letters book.)
It's also not listed by Barnes and Noble (which does have the HPB
letters) or even on TPH--Wheaton's site.

Wouldn't Wheaton normally distribute any important new title from TPH
London? What is up with the unavailability of this new title? In
light of my observation of the world of Adyar publishing, I'd suspect
that it conflicts somehow with the party line and is therefore not
being distributed outside the UK.

Can anyone comment?

Paul

PS-- The new Gary Lachman book on Ouspensky looks good-- TPH is a lot
less beholden to party lines and sacred cows with the subject matter
is not too close to home.
