John, you are certainly welcome to formulate some reply to my post of
several weeks ago however the questions I asked were for the most part
rhetorical in nature. As I recall only Chuck responded in a way that
indicated he may have understood the nature of my post.

Now, some 2 weeks later, Daniel has revived the post from its rightful
place in obscurity to call it "excellent." The post is no such thing and
perhaps Daniel is being cynical when using such a label. I would ask Daniel
to consider responding to the post himself if he really considers it worth
more than a "boo."
