I have seen the article. The Herald of the Star is kept locked away in the
archives in Wheaton, but I managed a look at a few copies over 20 years ago now
when I was helping one of the then librarians do some sorting. I opened an
issue from 1922 and to my shock, there it was. Benito Mussolini!
A more easily accesible article praising fascist Italy is to be found in the
1925 Adyar Theosophist.
