why has Education not brought Wisdom?
why has Medical science not removed ill-heath from the
world?
why has Civics not brought civic sense among men?
why has History not stopped wars?
---We can have a long series of questions this way.
Politics is a science under "Humanities", it has its
thought and theory. It is also a Craft and Art, like
any other subject of study.
All the studies are meant for men and women of the
world 'learn how to live well and beneficient to all.'
If we do not learn, we can not point a fingure at the
Science, which in other words, is a codified document
available to us.
