Dear Friends:

As I see it, THEOSOPHY does not require "leaders."

How do we know if the so-called "leaders" are wise or know anything of the
truth? How do we know unless we also have some common knowledge as a basis
on which to evaluate the wisdom of a leader's: advice?

The reason, as I see it, is the existence of a fundamental concept that
SPIRIT is everywhere. Hence a "ray" of the spirit resides within us, as
well as all other forms and beings in the Earth and the Universe.

In this sense we are brothers in eternity -- a very novel concept to some.

What we do need to know is why we are so unaware of this.

If we knew the wisdom that is resident within ourselves then we would not
have to inquire as we do,

Does THEOSOPHY suggest a barrier to such cognisance -- and how to remove
it?

Best wishes,

Dallas

In what sense "theosophically speaking" do we "deserve the leaders we get?"

Dear Dr GT,

Let us say we know reasonably the percentage of bad and good about a person,
