I have never found the entire Hogsdons Report in the internet.
Maybe you can find Vernom Harrison's book, correctin Hogsdon. I guess 
the report is attached to the book
and I am also glad to tell you that Vernom Harrison's book will be 
publsihed in Portuguese next year.
