He said so before the Advisory Board meeting in London, presided by 
Col. Olcott, in May 1906, which included leading members of the 
English Section, like G.R.S. Mead, Bertram Keightley, A. P. Sinnett 
and others, including a representative of the American Section who 
referred to Leadbeater as "defendant". At the same meeting, 
Leadbeater was also accused of sodomy, which he denied in strong 
terms.
