It's also in my book Initiates of Theosophical Masters, and discussed 
in terms of the relationships between Olcott and Besant and between 
the TS and ES. The letter's perspective strikes me as that of Olcott 
at the time and its warnings the kind of advice he was trying to give 
Besant. If she wouldn't listen to the President of the TS when 
warned not to let the ES run the show, then the Master KH needed to 
weigh in. (Not to say HSO wrote the letter but "K.H."'s interests 
and advice coincide with Olcott's at this time.)
