There has always been a kind of Democracy in Iraq while Sadam reigned over there.
Even before Bush sent his soldiers.
Sadan always offered 2 choices for the people about him: Yes and Not: - YES I want Sadam here and -NO, we donīt want any other than Sadam. ( smile,It is my first attemp to tell a joke in english...:-)
