Yes , but there are limits, there is a certain combining that you
forget you must not have responsibilities and that is TIME planning
so all have to bring back,I think. Like grounding. That is the healthy
and normal way.Because we are on earth and cannot escape, only in an
airplane, but till a certain hight, pitch. And how to come out, ask
satellites!
That will be the eternal movement, as far as I can see.
The moving in the TEMPLE of the self( 3 in one) and not to go out,
that makes people flying, as they(young)people are use to look for in
drugs, paddo's etc.And that brings them back not normally makes
addicted to and stoned before and that gives hallucinations a
superkind of Maya.
For that HPB is right, she said you cannot jump on the ladder only
fall down or slip if you have luck or have a parachute with you.
Evolutionary goes by itself, I think.Naturally by the things comming
in your understanding. As Dallis said , the Atma is in your sleep,by
night and not outside you.All is inside, outside then!
Like a blind cannot see, but learns to use his Hypofyse .
Am I right for that?

Nothing can be forced in this world of spirituality, otherwise we
burn ourselves with dangerous fire!
I have seen people doing that, with breath exercise, very dangerous!
The Breath is more dangerous than the knife of the surgeon.
