It's a serious crime, but we know for sure that he wasn't imprisoned.
We also know that he hadn't millions which could help him escape 
justice like Michael Jackson (if the latter is really guilty of 
course). Which was the sentence? It seems that A.L.C. fancies or 
manipulates facts.
