Re: Five Elements and Five Senses

Hi Christina:

I looked up the reference in SDII 107, but I was not able to find
anything related to the evolution of the five senses in Isis II Pg
590. I liked the passages in SDII; it was clarifying. I have
enough materials to brood on for many years to come.

It is interesting that when HPB tabulated the five elements from the
top down. It goes like this:

1.	Ether, Hearing, Sound
2.	Air, touch, Sound, and Touch
3.	Fire or light, Sight, Sound, Touch, and Colour
4.	Water	Taste	Sound, Touch, Colour, and
Taste
5.	Earth Smell	Sound, Touch, Colour, Taste,
and Smell.

But, when she tabulated it from down to up. It goes like this:

1.	Earth	Smell
2.	Water	Taste
3.	Air	Sight
4.	Fire	Touch
5.	Ether	Hearing

** Note the switch between air and fire from down to up.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Best,

barbara
