Let us not forget the theos-talk which is more universal and more active than most of the organizations. I also suspect the Adepts may have a hand in guiding the development of Internet as well.

Do you realize how incredibly presumptuous a statement that is? First
of all, the Adyar TS was never more than an experiment, and one that the
Mahatmas thought was probably going to fail, anyway. Second of all, they
stopped being involved in its affairs, if they were ever involved at
all, a century ago. Each Theosophical Society tries to do its work as
best it can. The number of people who are members of multiple
Theosophical Societies points to the fact that are complementary, NOT
competitive.
