First editions of the SD pop up about once or twice a year on abe and 
sell for about $250.00. $985.53 is a pretty big jump, especially since 
there is no market pressure (ie dramatically increased demand, or a 
sudden rarity of copies) to justify such a hike in price. Let's see how 
long it will take this Denmark book seller to find a buyer. Maybe the 
seller will get lucky and snag an anxious buyer.
