Anand,instead of Christina's grammar, perhaps it would be wise to look at 
your own sentence construction.
It would have been the correct form to have said

"In order for you to write messages; checking them on a word processor, 
before sending them would be a nice thing to do.I have made this suggestion 
to help you."

One has to remember the differences in sentence construction varies from 
nation to nation, so one has to be very careful when translating from one 
language to another words or phrases may be given different meanings or 
emphasis that can totally alter the original meaning.
