The masters KH & M both agreed to take all responsibility for all the
consequences of the theosophical society (or something similar--I
can't remember my source, forgive me). This includes, I would suspect,
other theosophical societies being created in the process. I wouldn't
consider them any less divine than Adyar.

My personal opinion -- It's not like these other societies are
sacrificing small animals to satan; they are in fact working in
accordance with theosophical ideals.
