I usually have a couple of chardonnays a day, I guess I should change to Merlot. I switched from Merlot because I started getting dehydrated, even though I take my wine with 50% water, in the same glass. Please all those purist winos dont shout me down. It actually tastes quite nice. It's also a sneaky way of turning 2 glasses into four as I am working on moderation this lifetime, and in Oscar Wilde's voice, can resist anything but temptation. If the Garden of Eden had been a vineyard that snake wouldnt have stood a chance with me, unless of course pickled snake is breaking my vegetarian roots to the vineyard.

What is power plate training? It sounds like exercise?
Yes we do get Dr Vogel products here, I'm starting to think that kelp might be the answer for me. It will kill two birds with one stone. Thanks for whoever sent that suggestion. I only hope I can buy it ground.

By the way everything we eat too much will have its effects on the 
body.
The most beautiful weight is the balance(harmony and equilibrium)
