Erica (in part) : >Because dear friend if this is not a nightmare tell me
how to live in a world like this. I need to know how you deal
with it, the pain I fell is too deep, and I do not know what to do.
If you do know tell me, because I want to learn how you deal with it.<

Have you ever smiled or laughed in the past? Have you ever felt any
joy or happiness, whether through your self or another? Have you ever
seen a child eat a meal? Have you ever experienced comfort from
another's arms or presence? Ever have a friend that you engaged in a
conversation in, and enjoyed it? Ever perceive beauty in a flower or
bird or painting or the sky? This is a realm of duality and contrast, is
it not? Why focus on only one portion of the contrast? Why not be
appreciative of the pleasant and recognize it as least as strongly as
the unpleasant? If this is not done, would there not be an imbalance
of some sort within a being? Would this not cause sadness?
Individuals undergo different experiences as in regards to generated
karma, yes? Is not the fulfilling of karma a "good thing"? Fulfilment
means liberation and freedom, yes? Is this not a "good thing"?
How one perceives often influences on how one feels. Focusing on
the negative can cause negative reactions.
If one wishes to feel differently, one may try to perceive differently. It may
assist.
I sincerely hope any pain and sadness you feel will dissipate as time passes.
