I just wanted to mention that it took me about five of your messages 
before I figured out that "a/o" means "and/or" (at least that's what I 
think you meant).

Since I have a fairly strong grasp of English, and I had trouble with 
this abbreviation, you might want to spell it out.

Just a friendly suggestion, and I won't mind if you ignore it, because 
it's only an idea. (But it might improve the "timelessness" of the 
message, just to inject humor from another topic).
