Then you have to begin with creating proper motive.
In Buddhism it is called `generation of bodhichitta'.
It's rather an compassionate attitude to all beings as a whole and
denial of belief in separate self, when our practice is aimed to the
general liberation. No doubt, on the first stages we shall retain
negative attitude and fear to some persons, but if our attitude is
positive enough, when dealing with these persons our negative
attitude will be as it were substracted from the positive whole,
sometimes seriously lessening it but still not passing behind zero
point. In other words, we should go from generalities to details,
