I do not think I quite understood what you said.

I think the Seeker after a inititated professional should freely be allowed 
to
seek the one needed for himself or herself. The name or title of the 
initiated professional has less importance.
What professional there is needed depends on who the Seeker is.
And the answer the Seeker needs depends on the situation, the surroundings, 
and the Seeker.
