Personally, I believe the master's letters are a remarkable body of work, that supplement HPB's teachings. Bart once when he was discussing magiciansstated that a skeptic magician could duplicate the precipitation of all ofthem that were verifiably proved, more or less. Apologies for paraphrasing or misquoting. He is on the list. HPB used the authority of them to gain acceptance of her ideas, much as CWL used his superior clairvoyant visionargument for his ideas. I don't believe the continuum will allow proof one way or another. Both of them said this was an occult law. It is up to the reader.
