Population growth, re: Should TS promote these books?

Dear Dallas,

Thanks for the quotations, it's just those which I have meant.

Yet the assumption was quite correct. 19th century statistics was
incomplete but generally true as we see now. Archaeology permits us to
make a rough estimate for the previous ages. In "Dark ages" population
really decreased, but it was rather an exception.

He writes about decay "now" and "rush downward" later. Anyway none of
that matches real situation. We'd rather say about "rush upward".

It seemed so in 19th century that Chinese are in decay, but it was
probably due the pressure of British Empire. As the empire, with other
colonial empires, collapsed, many countries have shown growth of
population.

It's all OK about overlapping, and HPB words can explain why 4th race
people are still so numerous now, but they no way justify assumptions
of Judge based on the superficial ovservation of physical situation of
his day but not on the occult knowledge. His works are OK as far he
makes popular rendering of HPB teaching, but in additional assumtions
he is liable to mistakes as much as other writers. So I don't agree
that his works are "core teaching" and I'd class them among the later,
"second wave" theosophical writers.

Yet there is some theosophical explanation of population growth. The
number of monads is really very great, and when 4th race development
abruptly ended by the catastrophe, there were many monads which
haven't completed all the curriculum intended for the 4th race. The
catastrophe devastated the Earth, population was small and they simply
hadn't enough bodies to incarnate. So now we see so called "delayed
demand": they have finally found the circumstances where they could
get many appropriate bodies, and so we watch population growth in 3rd
world countries.
