HalloTillett and all,

Not everyone find these letters by C. Jinarajadasa to have disappeared.
Maybe the author of this article still have the informations intact ?
http://www.lcc.cc/tlc/lxvii3/whereto.htm

I am almost baffled that these letters haven't been published on the Internet.
It ssems stupid not to do it.

There is website with a different view than Gardner upon the issue of
the letters and their content
http://www.tphta.ws/TPH_GROC.HTM

Well...well... an Arhat should never-the-less be able to dicern whether
there is people living on Mars. Well, that is what my knowledge tells me.
According to the lastest scientific findings - it seems however to be a fact
that Leadbeaters statement about water on Mars near its equator
is true - or has been true in the pas history of that planet.

So since the Master K.H. seems to have approved
the existence of the LCC as something good and helpful as
the above link emphasises - - -
Why did such a master do this without
taking the Middle Eastern mosques into account? Or did he...?
This still baffles me - and makes me think, that Leadbeaters
master KH was not quite visionary and that the Arhat
Leadbeaters knowledge on the Middle Eastern Teachings
was on a very narrowminded culturally biased level.

If Leadbeater was a beginner Chela in the year 1883 as
the answering Letter from KH to Leeadbeater tells us -
( http://www.anandgholap.net/KH_Letter_To_CWL.htm )
and if he was an Arhat in the year 1913 - he is
certainly one of the fastet developing chela's I have learned about.

Especially today - there seems to be almost no
theosophists interested in anything but
a hidden wish to continue this pseudo-Christian-opera
on theosophy - with its strange ties to LCC -
while a cold ignoring eye blows at the Middle Eastern culture
and religions...and so on...
Crystallizing? YES!

Subject: Theos-World Letters on the LCC

In response to M. Suflight's request:

"A QUESTION: Is there anyone here at Theos-Talk, who has or have had access to
the same letters as Gardner - or who could give us some more light upon which
letters we are talking about? Perhaps these letters aught to be made public !"

Many of the letters from Leadbeater to Besant conveying the Masters'
instructions on the Liberal Catholic Church have been published: they are in
C. Jinarajadasa (ed) "On the Liberal Catholic Church" TPH, Adyar, 1952. The
publication of this work created a great controversy in the TS/LCC because of
the nature of the previously secret material. The work
effectively "disappeared" - I was told in 1979 by the manager of the TPH that
it had "never existed" (although I had a copy!).
More material is found in Leadbeater's papers in various ES journals and
Besant's accounts of "instructions from the Masters" in the same journals.
Gardner's unpublished papers include references to this material.
