It is very convenient for some to use pseudonyms, especially when one takes one side with their real name and a totally different side with their pseudonym so that they can play both sides of the game. If theosophy has taught anything to anyone, it is being able standup and take responsibility and be counted openly. By the way, it is pretty easy to verify the identity of anyone in the USA. It is done everyday in various business situations. The "hiders" can be easily smoked out, if need be.
