Hartmann's Hindu boy joke

Jun 02, 2005 02:13 AM
by Frank Reitemeyer

Hartmann laughs in his Lotusbluthen about a joke
to Annie Besant.
As it was known that he received Mahatma letters
he one day told AB with serious face that HPB will
reincarnate soon as a young Hindu boy.

It seems AB never understood the joke and took
Hartmann's word's too serious in presenting in
1909 the two Krishnamurti boys as the new avatara.

Or does this incident indicate hidden mahatmic
direction?
Was Hartmann inspired to tell this story under the
mask of a joke to suit his personal filter?
