Thanks for these interesting cases.
I think as with everything phenomena can have more than just one 
rationale we need to consider.
It maybe that the child is "tapping into" an astral shell and the 
personality then interprets this as being a "past life".
It may indeed be a "past life" of that child however other occult 
rationale could be equally compelling.
Unless we are adepts it would be virtually impossible to say for 
sure,at least thats as far as my understanding goes.
