I recall H.P.B. spoke of two esoteric undiscovered Planets which she 
diagramed in one of her books, they were named by her as Persephone and Phoebus if I 
recall correctly. All Planets have a "retrograde portion of their orbit from 
the view of our Earth, this occurs when we orbitally overtake them and they 
appear to, for a few days come to a stop and then proceed in a reverse course of 
direction in their orbital motion, this does not really occur but is a 
perspective view as seen from the Earth. Vulcan sightings was known to H.P.B. by 
astronomers who lived previous to her time, there were only a very few alledged 
observations and they stopped before H.P.B. was writting of them, Astronomers do 
not validate the existance of Vulcan the correlate to Hephaistos.
