theosophical student in Kuwait

I've received a message from someone in Kuwait whose English is not very
good. He asks:
"Is there anyone, or any theosophist, or any student of theosophy who lives
in Kuwait, who can help us understand in dept the secret doctrine face to
face!
"I am not an english speaker and I find it difficult to study alone without
any guidance from more advanced student."
If anyone knows of such a person, let me know and I'll pass along the
information.
