Frank,
There might be German translations with you and other students of 
Theosophy in Germany. You can simply get photocopies done from outside 
and send them to Anton by post. We will get them scanned.
Some other students there may not want to part with original books. But 
they will be happy to provide photocopies for preservation purpose and 
to make them available to the world. If you don't have resources to 
scan yourself, best way is to take photocopies and send them to those 
who do it. See that photocopies are of best quality. That will enable 
higher accuracy in digitization.
