Dear Konstantin,

I find this a very interesting remark. Could you elaborate on that? Give me bibliographical sources (other than T. B.L. VIII) and what was the context? So if I am to understand this quote correctly, the sun is perceived as a negative influence? How did this idea develop inside theosophy? Who developed it first? Why? What are the sources?

Most interesting.

regards,

Theo

"The Sun absorbs, "psychizes" and vampirizes its subjects within its system. Further than this it gives out nothing of itself." Transactions of the Blavatsky Lodge, VIII.
