"The Theosophical Movement 1875-1925"  is one of the best sources we may 
possibly
have on theosophical history.  Unfortunately, it is  out of print, but you 
mgiht still get one
somehow from Los Angeles ULT.

Another priceless source, and recent, is "The Judge Case", by Ernest 
Pelletier (Edmonton Theosophical Society, Canada).

This is a  book we should discuss here soon. A whole library in one volume.

Now -- don't forget "HPB" , by Sylvia Cranston. That is superb, too.
