Frank's summation is in brackets.  I read this several times before 
I realized he was responding to my comments about Hitler's praise 
for America's treatment of American Indians.  A link to 
purchase "Hitler's Second Book..." was posted earlier.  I think the 
teacher's comparison of Bush and Hitler had some merit.  Of course, 
that's from an American Indian descendant's viewpoint.  Krsanna
