Bart,

As you do not say I was wrong in describing some of the actions of 
ultraortodox rabbis,
one of them involving Mr. Ariel Sharon, may I  take that for an acceptance?

As I told you, not being a Jew, I can only submit some informations and 
impressions to
your examination.

I have had a sincere admiration for the Jewish people for a number of years, 
and I believe it is much wider and bigger than its fanatic rabbis and 
priests.

Slowly, I believe lay Israeli population and moderate, more open views of 
the Jewish religion are getting more imortant in number.

In Brazil, the main Rabbi and Priest (in São Paulo city) takes part in the 
public  inter-religious meetings and debates and there are links of mutual 
tolerance with Palestine community.
