Milk?! ... I seem to recall reading in Dr Whittaker's newsletter and
elsewhere that milk is for little cows, not for humans.  Apparently there
are hormone and insecticide residues in milk, and apparently pasteurization
has a negative side effect.  What can I say ...

Just when I thought it was safe to attempt Soy, after reading, of its health
properties including protecting the heart and other organs, we get this.
Back to the lactose free milk.
