Are you in charge of the copyrights for John Cooper's work? 

I doubt so, since you belong to John Algeo's Editorial Committee, an Adyar 
"Puppett Committee", to use the words of Gregory Tillettt.

But if you have now succeeed dr. Tillett,  and now in charge of John Cooper's work, good to know you support MKR's idea.

Otherwise, we will have to wait and see an answer from dr. Tillett on MKR's idea about putting Cooper's work online. 

It is in Australia's National Library so far, and dr. G. Tillett says its content has been most informally (extra-officially) robbed by Dr. John Algeo and his "Committee".
