Mundy's Attitude to Nazis

Jul 19, 2006 11:42 AM
by Mark Jaqua

In case Mundy gets slammed with
being a Nazi sympathizer, like Hedin,
here is a quote on what he said on it:

      ".... when Hedin became a
Fascist sympathizer, Talbot wrote
to his brother that 'I can't
understand how a man of Sven
Hedin's intelligence could
seriously believe in the tripe
that the Nazis think is philosophy."
(TM letter to W.H. Gribbon, June 4,
1940...) (Talbot Mundy, Philosopher
of Adventure, Brian Taves, 2006,
p. 286 in the Notes.)
