AN INNER SENSE OF UNITY

Dear Friends,

The posting below, by Perry, gives us a vision of what could be an interesting truce: not a blind denial of the mistakes and challenges in the movement, but an ability to face them in a rational and calm way, avoiding those "strong personal emotions" of frustration or anger, which use to turn dialogues more difficult than necessary.

Discussing the meaning of historical events and evaluating their practical lessons should NOT be taken as aggression by any of us.

It can make a great difference, if there is a reasonable number of Theos-talkers who can accept that. Of course, such an agreement cannot be quite expressed or regulated by mere words.

In a sense, sincerity and tolerance combined are "better done than said".

They depend on an inner sense of communion beyond and in spite of outward contrast.

Best regards, Carlos.
