Shearman Versus the Letters

Sep 08, 2006 11:56 AM
by carlosaveline

Friends,

H. Shearman (see below) apparently ignored the fact that there are many other letter in the same line as the Letter Ten in the Mahatma Letters (3rd edition, TPH, or facsimile edition, TUP; Letter 88, Philippines Chronological edition).

One of them -- not the least-- the Prayag Letter, initially rejected by H. S. Olcott and A. Besant, but later included in the very Adyar edition of the Mahatma Letters.

The inexistence of GOD is a fact rather difficult to accept for people who believe in the Liberal Catholic Church.

Shearman wrote other things subtly against the Letters.

Regards, Carlos.
