As I once said to the late John Cooper, if Master KH didn't send
the letter to Mrs. Besant, then he should have!  I was of course 
kidding but from what I know about the "situation" it seems like the 
most appropriate message that could have been sent!

Of course, maybe there are big gaps in what I know!
