Portraits and Elvis

Thanks. This is an important point. 

In the Adyar TS, I have often met ladies who looked at the "portrait" images of the Masters as if they were looking at... Elvis Presley, or some other pop singer. 

Such an emotional personalistic cult was first created by Annie Besant. 
It has been most strongly denounced by a Master in the 1900 Letter. 

Later on, a false Bishop, CWL, institutionalized this anthropomorphic adoration in the Adyar TS.
