Ken,
Just an obscurity. I have several times posted on the most ancient of
Tiahuanaco in Bolivia. On the gate of the Sun there stands a central figure holding
scepters in both hands with arms upraised and with strange ray-like Glyphs
circling his head. The figure represents September the 23rd which is the Spring
Equinox in the So. Hemisphere at Tiahuanaco and marks the beginning of their
ancient Year.
