Jake and his "Maybe" This & "Maybe" That Speculation:
Part 1
======================================

I wrote:

"Furthermore, why would Judge (after HPB's death) include portions
of this KH Concentration letter in E.S. Instruction #5?"

In his latest reply at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theos-talk/message/36217
Jake comments:

"This was also the LAST ES instruction sent out, and the lowest in
quality. Maybe it was the Last because mistakes were made or
doubtful material used, and it was relized that they could no longer
be issued reliably. Maybe whoever was typing up the Instruction
inserted material (the short section containing the phoney adept
letter could be removed without destroying the context, and the
whole Instruction would be in a more consistent 'tone.')"

Almost a month ago on Theos-Talk (Sept. 2) Jake also wrote about
this ES Instruction 5 and at that time he speculated about the
specific KH Concentration letter somehow "slipping in" or
being "inserted" into Instruction 5.

In that posting, Jake wrote:

"Things do 'slip in' and slip by, especially with someone who was
under the pressures that Judge was.... Was this
instruction 'recalled' ? Someone sent me a copy of the original
mimeograph of Garrangues 'Point Out the Way,' and I swear the typist
inserted some phoney stuff in it in a few places, as out of
character with the rest of the book."

"Regardless, even if it is something that did not slip by, and Judge
consciously and purposively put it [the KH Concentration letter] in
the instruction, I - for myself - do not agree with or accept it as
written, and I don't care if Judge wrote it or not. I've got that
right I think???...."

In Part 2, I will comment on Jake's "maybes".
