Daniel,
Thanks. I have "Yoga Sutra of Patanjali" by Dr. J. R. Ballantyne and
Govind
Sastri Deva. The work had four editions up to the copy I had which is the
Fourth Reprint of 1960.

First Edition 1882
Second Edition 1952
Third Edition 1955
Fourth Edition 1960

Fourth Edition was published by
Susil Gupta (India) Private Ltd.
35, Central Avenue
Calcutta-12
and
Printed by M. Mukherjee at Temple Press, 2, Nayaratna Lane
Calcutta 4

*Publishers note: "The Yoga Aphorisms of Patanjali were translated and
published by Dr. J. R. Ballantyne in 1852, a translation continued by Govind Sastri
Deva in The Pandit of Banaras, vol. III. nos. 26-68. A reprint of these
translations was made accessible to the general public through the efforts of the
Bombay Branch of the Theosophical Society in 1882. But that edition too, went
out of print within a short time. This is the fourth reprint of these
translations, both of the text and Bhoaraja's commentary, together with Patanjali's
original Sanskrit text.
These Sutras on which the Indian Yoga Philosophy is based, were written by
Patanjali (Second Century B.C.), and bear the common title of Sankhya
Pravachana as it serves to develop the Sankhya Philosophy. The Yoga-sutra has a
commentary supposed to have been written by VYasa, named Patajala Bhasya.
Vachaspati Misra furnished Scholia both on the text of Patanjali and Gloss of Vyasa.
There are also commentaries on these Sutras, one (Yoga-Vatrika) by
Vijnana-bhikashu and another (Rajamartanda) by Rana Ranga Malla, the sovereign of Dhar. A
Maharastra Brahman, named Nagaji Bhatta Upadhyaya has written a further
elaborate commenttary on the Sutras, named Patanjala Sutra Vritti. A useful, but not
always quite correct translation, was given by Raja Rajendralala Mitra in the
Bibliotheca Indica in 1883 under the title of Yoga aphorisms of Patanjali,
with the commentary of Bhoja Raja."

So, Daniel it seems that by the later "reprints" the mention of "Tatya
Tukaram" has been absented.
