Friends,
Do anyone here know something about the 1884-Madras edition of the
S.D. This edition was called "A new Version of Isis Unveiled" and was
written with the assistance of Subba Row. A reproduction of its
titlepage could be found on p. 71 in "The Golden Book of the
Theosophical Society" by Jinarajadasa (Adyar, 1925). In September,
this year, I send an e-mail to the Liberian in Adyar, but she was
denying that this book exited. I also send one mail to TPH in Adyar,
and they answered that they never heard of this book before. Of
course, I don't believe them (as I know the book exist very much), but
can anyone figure out any reasons for them to say like this?

Thanks,

Carl
