I have to confess I suspect some of your  "unamed sources" below are as imaginary as your "friends"  David Green, Terry Brown and so on. 

As to the existence of 'inner circles', I have written in other messages. They have existed for long eras, and they have been defended in the New Testament, in the Confucian Analects, and so forth.
