Where is 'The School'?

Carl, Friends,

Yes, we agree, Carl.

I will add:

When "the authentic School" emerges, who can know it is authentic? And if it has perchance already happened many decades ago, who does know that it is authentic? There are no three-dimensional or bureaucratical ways to prove that.

The degree of authenticity of any experience or inner school can be independently assessed though, by knowing two things, among others:

1) Whether the experience preserves and strengthens one's autonomy while putting before oneself immense possibilities of learning and living something of the universal wisdom;

2) Whether one is able (has the courage, etc.) to judge things according to one's own conscience, as recommended by Buddha, HPB and the Mahatmas.

The 'learning possibilities' are always there, once we are ready and have open eyes.

It is not so much a question, I guess, of "having someone with a high spiritual status around and available". Spiritual status is a question of belief and of very secondary importance, when it is not directly harmful..

But once the disciple is innerly ready, the "School" is recognized by him as being there already. The 'School' being, basically, a set of vibration patterns and a certain method of learning Theosophy or Esoteric Philosophy.

One may find, or not, good 'physical instruments' of the real inner School -- which is not physical.

(This has been written in very brief terms, so it depends on some 'good will' to be understood.)

Regards,   Carlos.
