Re: Theos-World Is J. Algeo a Thief?

Carlos,

Do you ever think to ask yourself what kind of impression such a
message as the following (which characterizes a large amount of the
posting on this list recently) makes on a new student, someone who
has just discovered the wonder of theosophy and comes searching for
communion with like-minded students? Do you remember when you first
found theosophy, which spoke to unanswered questions and soul-
wrenching longings previously unaddressed? Is there some way we could
consider those hungry souls who are searching for truth and hope,
when we choose to post such scurrilous and essentially separatist
slander over and over again? Is there some way we could find to focus
our attention on sharing the message the world has waited for so
long, instead of smearing mud over everything done by so many during
the past century and more, instead of casting doubt and suspicion on
our fellow students? Do you ever stop to think what you are doing?
