   Thanks for your comments and responses I agree with most all that you 
indicate. I do wish to make or suggest a useful action on your part that might 
make a further delineation and moderate some of the assumptions about the too 
many unknowns that are pervasive. I recommend you post the date if you have a 
record or memory of when you withdrew your activity in the Project due to your 
family illness you mentioned in your earlier post. One reason is Dr. Tillett's 
Letter to the Committee and it's date relative to you activity and the overall 
compass of the affair. It may help clear some air.
   As I said in another post about the Committee there must be a standard 
level of fairness. It is not right to selectively accuse you and ignore the other 
Committee Members with all these presumptuous accusations when it appears you 
are the only member who is online. It appears to me that no one actually 
knows whose hand was the final Editor! It appears to me on one knows what exactly 
was submitted by each Committee Member or in what exact form those submissions 
were! It is not absolutely clear to me who the final Editor actually was, 
even if Algeo's name is given that office. I mean in today practice many times 
the Final Authoritative Editor is not the Editor but is the Legal Department 
utilized by the entity. As there were legal contentions between Dr. Tillett as 
Agent of the Cooper Literary Estate and TPH/Algeo one can be assured that the 
legal considerations are occupying the Summit position for TPH. How can anyone 
know if it was a Committee Member, Algeo, other Contributors mentioned in the 
foreword Daniel mentions, or more likely editorial tampering by the Legal 
Representatives of TPH who, having the submissions of the draft prior to print sent 
to them for review and release read line by line and change a "word or two" 
in each sentence as Dr. Tillett cites? I really think in today's modern world 
one must consider this carefully and completely. I asked Carlos when he wrote 
to Algeo and when the last time was and he doesn't answer. 

 I think that after all these years there has been ample time to find the 
guiding citations of the Legal parameter that is the Law on this issue and it 
should be made known. Is there Jurisdiction in the USA to proceed in defense of 
the Cooper Literary Estate? Or it there not? Is there Jurisdiction to proceed 
in Australia?  Are we beating a dead horse here? If so someone competent to 
tell us should say so. I also ask was it possible that TPHs Legal representative 
utilized Legal "bluster" to intimidate and frustrate the will to proceed? When 
Dr. Tillet renders his opinion that TPHs position is without basis and 
contrary to the Law he knows, then perhaps TPH was actually fearful that it would 
proceed and they would lose? Theosophy in America is not huge in Membership as I 
recall some previous posts here but Theosophical Society of America and TPH 
hold tangible assets of substantial worth while the Cooper Family is opposite 
it appears comparatively. So who has more to lose if a case were to proceed? I 
don't know what the Standing is, I haven't seen it posted here yet and would 
like to know.
